EVDs and ICPs
ZEBRA MEDICAL is the sole supplier of the Spiegelberg neurosurgical range of products in South Africa. We supply ICP (Intra Cranial Pressure monitoring) probes and monitors, as well as EVDS (External Ventricular Drains).
Silverline™ EVDS are made of Polyurethane and are impregnated with 2% nanoparticles of silver and an insoluble silver salt
External ventricular drainage kits (with backplate) are also available
The ICP probes use an air-pouch method for determining the ICP pressure reading with a self-calibrating ICP monitor (that is provided to the HCP / hospital by ZEBRA MEDICAL)
