Every day, people go into cardiac arrest OUTSIDE of the hospital. In South Africa, the average time in a big city for an ambulance to reach you is 9 minutes! In smaller towns, this number goes up exponentially. There are only two interventions that can be done in the first few minutes that are proven to save lives:
